We are lucky to have been insulated from the national mortgage debacle. Our area looks to be strong for some time to come.

The reality is that the cliche is true. It really is a great feeling to help a family find their home.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Time management. The client needs to feel well taken care of.

It's not really one instance. I have been blessed to work with very interesting and fun people. It's the relationships, I find, that have been my greatest success.

I like people. It goes a long way when working with other agents, lawyers, etc. to get a home closed.

My wife. She works hard everyday.

Do not be afraid to ask. The worst anyone can ever say is "no".
