BUYERS BEWARE - THIS MAN IS SO INCOMPETENT IT IS AMAZING THAT HE CAN EVEN HOLD A JOB LET ALONE A REALTOR LICENSE. NOT ONLY DOES HE NOT DO HIS JOB BUT HE IS RUDE, INCONSIDERATE AND DOWNRIGHT UNCONCERNED WITH ANY OF HIS POTENTIAL CLIENTS. HE DOES NOT SHOW UP ON TIME - IN FACT ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS TO SHOW A PROPERTY - HE DOES NOT SHOW UP AT ALL! HE TURNS OFF HIS PHONE LIKE A CHILD TO AVOID CALLS AND COMPLAINTS AND FAILS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OF HIS SHORTCOMINGS. BEWARE-IF THIS MAN IS INVOLVED IN A PROPERTY YOU WANT - RUN THE OTHER WAY. HE WILL MAKE IT A NIGHTMARE FOR YOU.

KEITH IS A GREAT REAL ESTATE AGENT. I WAS ABLE TO CALL ANYTIME OF THE DAY. NO MATTER WHAT THE QUESTION WAS HE WAS ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL. DURING CLOSING I WAS SO CONFUSED, BUT KEITH WAS THERE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY TO EXPLAIN WHAT I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND.ONCE THE AGENT SELL'S YOU YOUR HOME, YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN. KEITH HAS CALLED A FEW TIMES JUST TO SEE IF EVERYTHING IS OK. I WAS REFERRED TO HIM THROUGH A FRIEND AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
