Response: "Simply untrue. Laurence tried getting out of a lease, which his landlord refused to allow. I guess he needed someone to blame - so why not the real estate professional who originally assisted him in finding his lovely new home? You cannot please everyone, but you CAN always be professional. That is my tenet."
