As a first time homebuyer I had no idea of what to expect. After working with two prior agents and not getting any results, I was told by a frined to get a buyers agent. I looked for the best agent in the Internet and came across Laura's name. After reading her reviews, I decided to give Laura a call. I explained to her my situation, the specifications of the home I wanted for me and my family and (very important) the time frame in which I wished to move. Immediately, Laura got to work!!! She sent emails of available homes, within couple of hours, if not minutes!!! She listened to our wishes and guided us with terrific knowledge and experience.... she worked 24/7. When she said: "...your wish is my command" She really meant it! Thanks to her we are now enjoying our first home!!! We met her in February, and we closed and moved in May! Let me start off by saying my wife and I had absolutely zero experience when it came to the home buying purchase. Finding Laura was like a dream come true. She was patient, respectful and ALWAYS available. Laura held our hands, sometimes literally, and explained the entire process to us. With Laura on our side, I knew nothing could go wrong. Laura Lazar Kearns’s performance throughout the transaction, from start to finish, was incredible. In addition to getting us our asking price, she acted as the very important intermediary between the Seller and Buyer. Any reasonable person would agree that Buyer was totally unreasonable with respect to every aspect of the transaction. For someone who was supposed to be intelligent, Buyer was an idiot. Fortunately for everyone involved, Laura was able to save the transaction. She did an incredible job.
Within one day of posting my apartment on a craigslist, Laura reached out to me to offer me advise on how to sell my apartment. She also offered to be my real estate agent if I didn’t have any luck selling it myself. With the apartment online for a month and no bites, I called Laura in to help. She offered me great advise on how to stage the apartment to sell, and advised me on the right price to list the apartment. This particular sale was extremely difficult due to changes in the market and very uncooperative Co Op Board. After a very long 18 months, with 4 great offers denied by the Board, Laura found the perfect buyer for my apartment. It wound up being a Short Sale, which meant more paperwork and more phone calls and emails than anything we could have anticipated. Laura was a complete pro throughout this entire process. Selling this apartment was very stressful for me, and I cannot even imagine how I would have survived with without Laura by my side. She not only became my real estate agent, she became my friend.

We met Laura at a showing for an apartment we were interested in and she was so helpful from the moment we walked in the door until 8 months later when we close on our apartment. Laura was so resourceful and always available when we had a question. She always gave us good advice keeping in mind that we were looking not only for a home but also for an invesment. I used Laura as my agent for my recent home purchase, and it's the best decision I made. She is very knowledgeable, honest and completely on top of her game. She is also very patient. Laura is really the consumate professional, with a warm personality.
