Robert Morini owns a lot of property here in town that he is sitting on for profit, while the culture and community die away. One example, the Brewster Cameo theater. He represented the seller. He took advantage of the old lady who owned it and told her that no offers came in and then he purchased it himself for $195K. I have seen documented proof that serious investors who had plans to revive the theater and benefit the community had made higher and more serious offers which Mr. Morini clearly never bothered to show the owner. Now the theater has been abandoned and rotting for years. The town received a grant where $100 000 was supposed to go to refurbish the theater in 2005. Where did all that money go? It's 2009...theater is still closed. Anyone want to guess whose pocket it went into ? If you plan on having this firm represent you, please keep the above in mind...
