Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: Assisting sellers and buyers through the Real Estate process. From first time homebuyers to sellers looking to start a new chapter in their lives.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Dealing with short sales and foreclosures - it's difficult being involved during a rough time in peoples lives.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: Recently, I had a first time home buyer looking to purchase a home to get his family out of apartment living and in a safer area with better schools. We hit quite a few bumps in the road during his banking process to obtain a mortgage. Many, many times almost all those involved thought it would never go through. We kept up our cool and most of all our faith and they are currently proud owners in Connecticut!
What is your best characteristic?: Honesty!
Who or what inspires you the most?: My family - what I do everyday is for my family. Being an honest, trusting, always accessible, hardworking and knowledgeable Realtor is a wonderful way for all my 5 children to learn by example.
What is the best advice you ever received?: Positive thinking brings positive results so never give up!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Right here in my hometown of New Fairfield CT - we have great schools, feel safe, mountain views, fresh air, the largest man-made lake in New England ~ Candlewood Lake, a wonderful community, shops and an easy commute to NYC!
