He doesn't use e-mail or communicate via mail. However, he always keeps you up-to-date and calls back. He's more of a landlord/seller's broker than a tenant/buyer's broker; at least for commercial transactions. He has a very strange-but-effective method of negotiating. When it comes to leases, it's probably not worth paying for an attorney unless he has over 30 years experience in real estate. We were able to present the commercial tenant's attorney with our own version of the lease, and had it accepted on our key terms. The tenant wanted to avoid paying rent and abuse us by letting the water run and thinking we would pay for it. Under the lease, he ended up having to pay $7,184 in utilities and our attorney fees (on top of the rent + interest).

His english accent isn't the best, but he's understandable. Very well-rounded in areas of Construction & Finance. More importantly, isn't one of those people who puts on a suit and tie and expect a hefty commission to cover the bill. Really helped us get through the entire process, put things together, and simplified the whole transaction.

Working on an advanced commercial real-estate transaction. He had more knowledge & understanding of Real Estate Law & Finance than "all" of the other Accountants, Agents, Brokers, or Lawyers i've worked with in the city (Manhattan). To top that, he was born to negotiate. He turned a dead-deal into win-win moneymaker for both sides, worked out all legal issues, finances, and negotiated what seemed like "unreal" terms for his clients. It's a good thing he doesn't practice Real Estate in the city (Manhattan), or else Trump would be begging for change; but such a waste of talent to be working in small towns like Astoria. If he's around your area, you can't afford to not work with him. He's a really nice guy when it comes to advice. I haven't met anyone who loves people so much. He must be the only greek person who hasn't tried to screw me over. Not money hungry, very nice to work with, and above all, gets the job done better than anyone else. Always a pleasure to work with.
