- I am able to listen to my clients to determine what they need/want, and by thoroughly researching the market, I can usually find it. I have patience and I do not try to rush clients to buy just any house....the perfect home is out there, and it will become available when the time is right.

- I am motivated by accomplishing goals and crossing tasks off of my list.

- Do the right thing, even when no one is looking.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I would like to have multiple homes and spend time in each....my favorite locations would be Kauai, HI, Coeur d'Alene, ID, and a home in Lake Tahoe, NV. Plus a comfortable RV to hit the road in style...
