I contacted Julie after seeing a few 'sold' signs with her name on them in our neighborhood. We knew it was a rough time to try to sell our house since much of our competition would be forclosures and short sales and we were not so pressed to sell... But Julie did not delude us into thinking there would be an 'easy sale'. She was very up front, professional, honest and real about everything from beginning to end, including suggestions on where to price our house and when to modify the price. She was great in her communication with us and she kept us with a very realistic idea of every step of our process and where the market was. She treated us with value and even though we weren't one of the pricier houses on her list/site, you wouldn't have known that by how pleasantly she worked with us. She never shirked any responsibilities and went above and beyond several times. She's on top of the game and we did sell our house. :)
