I've recommended Jack to several people, and everyone agrees he and Melody are so great to work with. They are extremely patient, knowledgable about neighborhoods and the market, and great at connecting buyers/sellers with the right professionals to complete the process. If I texted, called or e-mailed, Jack always got back to me within an hour. I dragged Jack through over 100 homes over 6 months before we found the right house for me and my family-and he never treated us like a less important client, like some realtors will, just because we had a lower budget! As a working professional I work out of the area much of the time. Working with Jack was awesome. He helped me narrow down my search and was very knowledgable about the area. Jack followed up on all the details and kept me informed through out the process. He's detail oriented and works hard for his customers. Because I was not able to see the last home that I purchased. Jack previewed it for me, took pictures which were so thorough, I made an offer sight unseen. Jack is the best realtor I have ever worked with and would highly reccomend him.

Jack was amazing, we could not have been more impressed with the help we recieved from him. He is literally the nicest guy you will meet, plus he is very professional and extremely knowlegeable about basically anything you need to know. Jack always returned emails and phone calls almost immediately. He was very helpful during the looking process, the buying process, and even after everything was said and done and we had a few home repair issues, Jack called around and got us all of the info we needed to do our repairs, which we would have never been able to do on our own! We have already recommended him to multiple friends.

The nicest and most diligent person you will ever meet. Jack consistently went above and beyond all my expectations from finding the best house meeting ALL of my requirements to getting everything in order, keeping me up to date during escrow and the ultimate move. We were 1st home buyers looking to buy a home in Reno, NV but our biggest dilemma was that we were living in Oklahoma at the time!! We were recent grads from professional school and didn't know where to start and who to talk to. We searched out realtors online and the person that answered our prayers was Jack Cote'. Jack was willing to work with us from out of state, schedule entire weekend showings to fit our flight plans and put in all the work needed for our difficult situation. We had some difficulties at first and ended up looking for a house for about 7 months. Jack never acted frustrated or annoyed that we required so much of his time. He was always willing to show us houses in the evening and the weekend to work around our work schedule. Jack also helped us learn and be informed during the whole process since we were so new to home buying. We were very impressed that Jack was so willing to answer questions, quickly get back to us no matter what the time or day, and help us cover ourselves so we would not get into a situation we wouldn't like down the road. We were sad and happy all at the same time when the process was over because we were so excited to have our first home but we were also sad we wouldn't see Jack on a regular basis. Good news is we are keeping in contact because he likes to see how we make the house OUR home. Jack is an amazing realtor and a great person, he always has his buyers and sellers in mind. From a dream to a reality
Jack was very helpful, patient and understanding in a circumstance that got frustrating sometimes. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and he was very knowledgable and answered all the questions that we had. It didn't matter what time it was he was always there to help. Jack Cote is by far the best realtor I have ever come across. As a child, my parents bought and sold often. I have been around a variety of realtors my entire life and Jack is the BEST that Nevada can offer you. He will always call you back, he will always have and answer to a questions, he is honest, he is kind, he will not pressure you, and he cares about all of his clients. Jack at times, would show me homes at 9 pm at night the same day that I called him to ensure we could get the house if we wanted it. Jack stayed up late to complete all offers and was more organized than I could ever be. If you are moving to Reno/Sparks and need a realtor, I promise that Jack is going to help you get the best deal. If you are looking for a new realtor as I was, Jack is the man and you will never have to look again. An amazing team that gets the impossible done
I was thoroughly impressed with Jack and Melody's professionalism and dedication to helping me find the perfect home for me and getting the paperwork done as smoothly as possible. They were practically miracleworkers; they succeeded in getting the closing date for the home I was purchasing to fall right in the 5 day window period I needed in order to be eligible for the second-time home buyers tax credit. The sale was a short sale, which makes the feat of closing when you want that much harder. But they made it happen! Melody was amazing in meeting with me almost everyday after I got off work for up to 3 hours at a time in order to help me see all possible choices. We probably saw around 50 different homes! She was positive,tireless and full of energy. She had surgery and could not drive at one point, yet still had someone chauffeur her to meet with me. During the closing process Jack was amazing enough to drop off paperwork to me at my night job around midnight, because that was the only time that worked. I cannot say enough good things about this amazing team. They work hard and do everything in their power to make sure you are satisfied.
Doesn't get any Better!
Working with Jack on the purchase of my 2nd home was wonderful! Jack has been my third realtor that I have worked with and by far has been the best. I have since recommended friends and co-workers because I believe he is one of the best realtors that are out there. His follow through is amazing! Purchase of home
Jack Cote' is wonderful to work with. He has gone above & beyond the call with the purchase of my home. Since I lived out of state this could have been a stressful/difficult process but Jack made sure I knew of my many options, kept me informed, & updated with phone calls, emails & pictures on the proceedings of this purchase, answered my many questions promptly. Just prior to closing, Jack made sure the home was clean, all trash removed & stood in for me during the inspection. A huge thanks to Jack!

We came to Reno in search of a home for our daughter. Jack Wewas very helpful in helping us work through this hectic process. Searching for a house to purchase was not easy. We were on a limited budget, and Jack was still willing to help us search. He is a very busy realtor who tries to assist all of his clients promptly. We did alot of internet searching and previewed as many homes as possible to eliminate those which we were not really interested in purchasing. Jack always made time for us and scheduled the property viewings. We were not familiar with the bidding process but Jack walked us through it. We finally got a home that met our needs after doing bids three times. We did survive especially with Jack's patience and our persistance. Buying a Property Remotely
I worked with Jack over the past several months to help find and purchase a vacation home in Reno. This was a particularly challenging task as I live in Beijing, China. After meeting Jack in August of 2010, he helped me get up to speed and gave me several ideas during a visit to the area. Over several months, he helped by screening properties and sending me photos. After coming in to look at several properties over the holidays, he guided me through the purchase and closing process remotely. I'm now the proud owner of a home and I am happy to call Reno my US residence. I would gladly recommend Jack and Melody to any prospective property owner.
