Even when my husband’s relocation fell through you still reached out to us, all the while knowing that you would not get compensated for any of the time you spent on our behalf. One of the things that we truly loved about your approach is your willingness to “think outside the box.” In a real estate market such as this that is the best way to get a deal together. Traditional approaches don’t always fly when buyers feel they can “steal” a home and when sellers feel that they don’t want to be taken advantage.
