SLT buy a previous house with Scott Shandrew and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
This agent was much more concerned about himself and his commission then actually helping first time home buyers find a house that fit what they needed. If you use him for anything, he will try to talk you into or out of something. Stick to your gut when working with this guy. He is only looking out for his paycheck, and he will do anything to make that happen. He also has a very big mouth, watch what you tell him or he will tell everyone he meets.
