The one thing that I can say about Henning is that she is a killer negotiator. Whether it's real estate or putting together business deals, Henning always has a way to bring the sides together and make everyone happy. Maybe it's that book she keeps recommending to everyone - Getting to Yes - some Harvard study or something. Anyhow, Henning - you're the best, keep up the good work!

I enjoy listening to and addressing the personal needs of every client. It is my sincere desire to help people make smart real estate decisions and achieve success. I find great satisfaction in helping clients to locate and purchase their ideal properties and build their real estate portfolios.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
In today's market it is essential to stay informed and keep current with fresh concepts and maintain a strong technical ability. I utilize state-of-the-art technology and creative marketing to develop strategies that work.

My biggest success story in real estate involves helping my younger sister to become financially independent through real estate acquisitions.

My negotiating and problem solving skills enable me to find solutions that work, whether it’s selling your home quickly for maximum profit, or finding your dream home in record time. My perseverance and communication skills are commonly recognized as being my best characteristics.
Who or what inspires you the most?
I admire real estate moguls such as Donald Trump, however, I find my greatest inspiration in my mother for her amazing work ethic and commitment to helping others.

Never give up.

Where I am today - in La Jolla, CA with frequent commutes to Las Vegas, NV and Chicago, IL.
