BE CAREFUL OF CRISTINE LEFKOWITZ. SHE SOLD ME A LUXURY HIGH RISE AT TURNBERRY PLACE. I FOUND OUT SHE LIED ABOUT THE NEGOTIATION SHE TOLD ME THERE WERE MULTIPLE OFFERS. I MET THE PREVIOUS OWNER WHO SOLD TO ME AND HE TOLD ME SHE INSISTED HE LISTED THE PLACE 60,000 OVER MARKET VALUE AND HE GAVE HER 20,000 BONUS FOR SELLING IT. HE WAS SHOCKED I PAID OVER LIST PRICE. I LOST SO MUCH MONEY BE CAREFUL SHE IS VERY SHADY!!!
