I have tried for two weeks to reach the broker/ceo of superior realty in regards to a property they rented to one of my clients. I have been getting the run around on and on. I have done everything in my power to reach who I need to in order to resolve a simple issue on their end and they simply hang up or tell me they are on vacation. VERY POOR customer service from a realty company. BEWARE!

This lady is a broker/ceo of a property management company and I have been trying for two weeks to collect a commission check from their office for a client I showed one of their properties to and they leased it to him. Not only have they made money off me showing my client their unit now he has signed a lease they will not return my phone call and am being told they are on vacation for over 2 weeks with no one to resolve the issue. Very poor management on her part. Think twice before consulting with her for anything!
