We were given Mark's name by a friend's parents who had bought a house through him. They spoke so highly of him that we contacted him immediately. After one phone conversation with him we knew that we had the good fortune of having a great agent that knew the ins and outs of foreclosures and short sales and explained them both in detail. He absolutely works for you in finding the right home. In fact he goes above and beyond what you would expect in a Realtor. This was the sixth house we’ve bought and no other Realtor we’ve worked with came close in comparison to Mark. Once the sale was finalized, Mark took care of getting the few minor repairs done, the house painted, utilities turned on, picked up mail box keys and got everything ready to turn the house over to the property management division to rent it out for us until we move down there. SIMPLY THE BEST

Mark is the most professional, knowledgeable and experienced agent with whom we've worked. When we were unable to see a property in person, he would email a comprehensive video for us to review. When looking at properties with Mark, he would be looking for evidence of leaks or mold, while we were looking at the flow of the house. He also would always lock the door behind us to assure our safety. Mark is also small pet friendly. Our 3-1/2 lb Pomeranian, Dixie, went with us on every appointment - we traveled 1100 miles to look at properties and it was so nice to be able to bring Dixie and not leave her at the hotel.
