Scott Hevle recently helped my wife and I through the incredibly stressful process of short-selling our home. From listing to closing Scott thoroughly explained the steps involved, the potential results and answered every question or concern we raised regarding the process. He kept us updated at all times on the status of the tough negotiations with the lenders involved and worked seemingly effortlessly to get positive results whenever the deal seemed to be about to fall apart. Scott is very knowledgeable in the Condo market. He was very detailed in what a person should be looking for in a Investment property. Scott was concerned about the details in the property we found and wasn't in a hurry to make a sale. He was very organized and kept us informed at all times even though we were 1500 miles away making a long distance purchase. We will recommend Scott to anyone we know of looking in the Vegas area.

Incredible Agent!!
Scott worked for me for about 10 months in finding my second home in Vegas. He is professional and very courteous. You don't feel pressured to close the deal like other agents. He worked very hard in finding the right home. On 10/2009 we closed on a deal. Since we are out of state he did the entire walk thru etc. O yeah he also helped us renegotiated the selling price after the appraisal came lower! Saved us $2,500 and helped us close the deal. He is the best professional agent! I was out of country pretty much most of the time so it could be hard for me to purchase a house, but he worked so hard and helped me no matter what time it was. I had no difficulty buying a house even though I was opposite side of the world thanks to Scott. He thinks what is the best for his clients. We appreciate so much.
