I've sold a wide range of real estate from $35,000 to 1 million luxury.

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Short Sales are beginning to be the biggest trend, while bank owned inventory deminishes.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy bringing buyers and sellers together, to create a sphere of satisfaction for everyone involved in the transaction.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Banks as sellers and Banks as lenders. Also, bringing buyers and seller together with the meeting of the minds. It certainly is not all easy!

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
One of my good clients was upside down on 3 properties. I was able to successfully negotiate the sale of each one of these homes and the removal of the deficiencies completely. Due to it being a success for him, it was a success for me!

What is your best characteristic?
My best characteristic is the ability to analytically reason on a numbers basis. My background is in finance, so I'm very acute with analytics and I always am available. I always return calls and e-mails promptly!

Who or what inspires you the most?
I'm inspired by my clients and their will and knowledge of markets. It drives me to learn and be more knowledgeable, so that I can provide the most expert advice.

What is the best advice you ever received?
"If it's too good to be true, then it is". In sales, people are pulled in many different directions. Most people only want to be told the truth and I strive to paint the clearest of pictures for each and every one of my clients.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would live near the ocean. Looking at the large bodies of water brings things into perspective, in reference to how small we are in comparison to the world.
