When we began working with Shirley we were really "just looking" and shared that with her. She was extremely patient, taking us out every weekend. We appreciated that she never pressured us to make an offer and never made us feel that we were wasting her time. Once we did find a home that we wanted, she worked closely with us to make it happen and continued to be available to get us access to the home and even help us select our carpet colors! We will miss going house shopping with Shirley, but expect her to come visit when we get all settled.

Shirley has been such a wonderful person to work with. We purchased our home from another state and we were concerned with how the process would be handled not being there locally. Fortunately Shirley made the process and experience much better then I could have imagined. Our phone calls and emails were always returned quickly. There were areas we expressed an interest in checking out and she would spend her time taking several pictures for us and sending them to us. I was also impressed that Shirley was very upfront and honest about an area if it wasn't in a good neighborhood, etc. She wasn't out to get a sale, she wanted us to be in an area we would be happy in. I will highly recommend Shirley Sipich to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

You had several terrific properties for us to preview. You contined to work on our behalf and did not stop until finding just the right one. 8 years ago we contracted with Shirley to find us the perfect home and do it in 6 days (all the time we had). She did - she found a lovely home that fit all our needs and we moved in a few months later with absolutely no issues or problems. Now we're moving again so Shirley was an automatic call to sell our home for us. Even in todays economy and real estate problems Shirley was able to get our home sold in short order. Additionally while we had multiple offers on the home - she picked the best suited couple and there were absolutely no issues with financials - it was a perfect sale and settlement. We are now happily living in a different part of the country and we owe our happiness to Shirley for handling our sale so professionally. Without question Shirley is the best real estate agent we've ever had in our 40+ years of moving around the country.
