- The perception that I am a used car salesman. In reality all I truly care about is having a smooth transaction, educating my customer and giving them 100% complete satisfaction.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I had a family of 5. Mom, dad and 3 teenagers and they had been renting for 17 years. They never thought that homeownership was truly a reality for them. After 2-3 months of hard work and dedication to there needs we found a 4 bedroon 2 story with a great yard. After they learned that we had an accepted offer I had this family of 5 group hug me and with cries of joy and real happy tears tell me that I had helped realize a dream. For me I couldn't have cared if I sold another house or made another commission. That what it's all about.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Tenacity and the desire to win. To give my customer the best they can find and again help realize there dreams.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- The desire to succeed and have everyone of my customers past and present recommend me to all there friends and family knowing that I will treat them like family.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Stop throwing your clubs. Are you a pro golfer? NO well stop acting like your bogey is the end of the world and enjoy the game. You are supposed to shoot 100 schmuck.

- Anywhere where there is grass and trees and no snow,
