I used Kendall to both buy and sell. Using Kendall is a completely different experience than I have ever had with a realtor. She is interested in what you want and does whatever possible to make you feel comfortable. I never felt any pressure from her, nor had to listen to a sales pitch. I ended up selling my house for more than anyone else in the neighborhood, and then bought an incredible home for a great deal. It was definitely worth getting Kendall involved. I only wished I had found her earlier.

I moved here on my own with two children. I had dealt with 4 realtors from different companies in this area prior to meeting Kendall. My previous disappointment turned to joy as she found me the perfect house in the perfect location right away. It was apparent that she listened to my desires, knows her market well, and is willing to put in the effort and time. As her client she continued to be my advocate throughout the process, from the first offer and well beyond closing.
