YOU SUCK MARGARET I can't even find my home on a listing!!!!!!!

In 2004, my husband and I started our search for a Las Vegas home on the internet while we lived in New Jersey. Joe Scott, was the first realtor to email us with a respond about a home for sale. (This was in 2004 when realtors did not need to pursue clients and realtors were very busy.) Mr. Scott was busy too but that didn’t stop him from reaching out to us and helping us when we arrived in town to see homes. I flew out to Las Vegas on three separate occasions. Each time I spent 2-3 days with Mr. Scott searching for the perfect home. Of course, like most buyers my “ideal home” seemed to change with each home I toured. He showed us homes in Henderson, the Southwest, Summerlin, North Las Vegas and Section 10. Many realtors would have thought we weren’t worth their time! Mr. Scott never showed frustration with us although at times it must have been exhausting. On our third trip to Vegas, we put an offer on a lovely home. Mr. Scott continued to help us with suggestions on handymen, loan officers and any thing we requested. While we were still in New Jersey he went to the home (with the consent of the owner) and took a few photos for us. He definitely went beyond the call of any realtor we have ever used before. My husband and I are both from the East coast with business degrees. We are generally skeptical of people and of business transactions by nature. I could tell however, from our first visit with Mr. Scott, he was someone we could completely trust. He was polite, he showed integrity and had good character. He was a gentleman! He guided us through our transaction handling many processes for us in our absence. Of course, that might even sound a little too trusting, but upon meeting Mr. Scott you would do the very same thing, I promise! We now call Mr. Scott, Joe and we would suggest his professional services to anyone. He is someone you would not only want as your realtor, but also as your good friend. MJ & David
