- I enjoy helping buyers find a house that matches all there criteria, including the layout, area/location, amenities, etc. It is always gratifying when you know that you found the best deal for client in the neighborhood they want, and they are so happy with there new house! I have had the opportunity to meet alot of very nice clients, and many have turned into great friends too!
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The biggest challenge is getting over the apprehension/anxiety buyers face with a home purchase. But once we are able to find a house, with a comfortable payment, and I walk them through each step of the buying process. Most of the time buyers are intimidated by the process, once they understand everything they are able to relax and enjoy the home buying experience.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I represented Buyers who were looking for a house before they expected there first baby. After numerous attempts at buying various properties and getting out bid, we finally got an offer accepted and found a lender that could do a quick 2 week close, she was expecting within the next 30 days, we were just about to close, the day they signed the doc's she went into labor, we were so close to pulling off the closing! What I learned from this experience is as much as you prepare & plan, sometimes things happen out of our control and we can only make the best of the situation! In the end everything worked out, and my clients love there house.

- I am dependable, honest, experienced, and always available via email, phone or text to my clients.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My grandparents, who have been married for over 60 years, a true testament to love!

- Love what you do, and it won't feel like a job.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Newport Beach, in a beach cottage on the water, I love the ocean! I will retire there one day....
