I contacted Dinora a couple weeks before I left North Carolina and arranged for her to show me properties to buy when I was in Las Vegas. She spent the better part of a day with me and gave me great advice. When I was back in NC I had her make offers for me on about 5 properties before we finally were successful. I can honestly say we communicated constantly for 6 weeks. No less than 500 emails, calls and texts. She did everything for me snce I was in NC during this entire process. Dinora helped us with the purchase of a forclosed condo site unseen. Being WA state residents,this was our first time buying real estate in las vegas and the experience was very positive. We have done business with realtors in other states before, but none were as knowledgeable, conscientious, friendly and professional as Dinora. wow! what an experience... being new to the las vegas area i wasnt sure what to expect. dinora helped me on every phase of my search. From finding the right place, to finding the right price. i didnt own a car, which i thought would have been a problem, but she often picked me up and dropped me off either at my temporary apartment or even at work. her professionalism is only outdone by her friendly personality. many thanks to Dinora for helping me find EXACTLY what i was looking for in the las vegas housing market.
