Truth buy a previous house with Ajit G Shahani and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
How would you like to live in a room that is 92 degrees? Ajit is a slumlord. I pay the rent and he ignores me when I tell him of repairs that need to be made. The AC system is an essential repair in Las Vegas is it frequently reaches 110 degrees outside. I pay on time and he refuses to do his duties as a landlord. He promised free utilities in the adds for his properties. I pay a flat rate and he also has 3-5 other tenants in the home. He is easily bring in more than enough to cover the mortgage and bills. So why does he refuse to repair the AC systems in his properties? Because he doesn't have to live there. His home is fully functional. He doesn't wake up in a pool of sweat. Ajit is a dog and so is his wife. I hope they die in a fire!
