In 2006 I rented a property from Denny Hebibovic and moved out in 2008. Finalizing the walk through upon leaving Denny claimed that we would receive our deposit within 45 business days. It has been over a year and he still me over $1,000. He does not return my calls and returns any letters sent to his home address. He says he is a man of his word and likes to do business by handshake. Lastly, he told me he was filing bankruptcy and I would receive my deposit, but a year later I am still waiting.
