Great Negotiator

My wife and I found Troy at an Open House. Although we didn't want to be sold or work with an agent, he talked to us. A few weeks later, we were driving and looking at more Open Houses, and walked up to another house, and there he was and he immediately recognized us, and called us by name! My wife was sold I can tell you! Then we went out looking at properties, for about three weeks. We are kind of picky, but Troy didn't discourage us at all. Finally he also made a neat suggestion, that we go look at some new homes on a golf course, even though they were about $50,000 out of our price range. Well, we fell in love with one of the models, and told Troy that I guess we could stretch our dollar a bit to get the house we wanted. Troy then told us to go home, he'd work with the builder to see what kind of deal could be worked out. That model was priced to start at $545k and change. Troy then brought us a contract for $489k, including all the upgrades!
