My wife and I found Troy at an Open House. Although we didn't want to be sold or work with an agent, he talked to us. A few weeks later, we were driving and looking at more Open Houses, and walked up to another house, and there he was and he immediately recognized us, and called us by name! My wife was sold I can tell you! Then we went out looking at properties, for about three weeks. We are kind of picky, but Troy didn't discourage us at all. Finally he also made a neat suggestion, that we go look at some new homes on a golf course, even though they were about $50,000 out of our price range. Well, we fell in love with one of the models, and told Troy that I guess we could stretch our dollar a bit to get the house we wanted. Troy then told us to go home, he'd work with the builder to see what kind of deal could be worked out. That model was priced to start at $545k and change. Troy then brought us a contract for $489k, including all the upgrades!

Mr. Glenn Ross attempted to sell our home. Through a series of lies and misinformation, he and his firm cost my wife and I thousands of dollars. Nothing about our experience with him was positive. He was cited by the State of Nevada for ethics violations and fined. We were involved in three legal matters with the man. The last of which was an abitration settlement. The next one will be in a court of law. Would I recommend him? "HELL, NO!!!" His manner is charming and caring. My advice is to go with someone who has your feduciary well-being in mind. Keep him and his ilk out of your wallet. I will gladly share more information with you, just call.

She is more interested in her commission than in doing what is best for her client. She is deceitful and deliberately misleading when it comes to sales options. My house was on the market as a FSBO when she stopped by to ask if I was interested in using an agent to ****ist with the sale. I said that I had started to consider it but had not decided yet. Ms Eagan proceeded to then call me 21 times and showed up at my house 3 times within a 5 day period. The third time she showed up I allowed her to stay with me during an open house hoping she might have some helpful tips. She proceeded to wash my windows, started sweeping my patio and cleaning my security gate. After she did all that work I felt obligated to sign with her. Things deteriorated quickly after that as it became clear that the house would not sell I informed her that I wanted it off the market. She then tried to force me to pay a $500 cancellation fee by refusing to remove the listing, even though it was not in our agreement.
