8 years

Approximately $294,000
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
It is the best time to buy and take advantage of the lower prices and work the foreclosure market!
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
As all of my advertising states, "Customer service is key to your home"! I enjoy helping all of my clients find their home and making the purchase or sale about them.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Not all Real Estate Agents are the same. If someone has had a bad experience during their transaction, my challenge is to show them I am different. I want each and every client to feel that I am here for them at the beginning of the search, throughout the transaction and after they are given their keys! My business is built on relationships not just the sale.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I have several success stories, but one in particular was when my clients gave their notice on the apartment, rented a U-haul, packed it and waiting to hear that they can get their keys to their new home. Something happened with the loan and it wasn't funding and they were not able to get keys. Now they are upset, tired and without a home. I decided to ask the other agent and his Seller's if my clients could rent the property prior to closing, which permission was granted. My clients were so excited and grateful. My clients made me feel like their hero!
What is your best characteristic?
My personality!
Who or what inspires you the most?
My parents.

To do the job right the first time and with pride!

Italy (somewhere on a beach)!
