Thirteen years, eleven of which I have had Broker status.

$325,000 for a 3-bedroom single family, detached home, and $275 for a 3-bedroom townhome.
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
The number of short-sales and foreclosures remain high, and new home sales continue to be soft.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
The challenge of listening closely to my home buyers' needs and finding, and then negotiating an affordable match, is a real turn on.

Helping my credit-challenged buyers find the right loan, at an acceptable interest rate, while minimizing junk fees and closing costs.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I once sold a home to two elderly, naturalized Americans. The day of the escrow closing the woman showed up with a dozen longo-stemmed roses, saying,"These are for you for helping us find our American dream."
What is your best characteristic?
I don't impose my thoughts or taste onto my clients. It is important that they get the home they really want in an area they are comfortable in, at a price they can afford.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Because I love my own family so much I understand and respect how important my clients' families are to them.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Listen very carefully when someone is talking about what it important to them, and don't talk until you are sure you know what you are talking about.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Right here, where I am, in Las Vegas, Nevada. I am exceptionally fortunate to live in a place so full of life and abundance.
