Don't use this person. She managed a property for us for 5 years and still has not returned the security deposit. She allowed the tenant to have dogs that were forbidden in the lease. The 6 dogs did thousands of dollars of damage. She did not send us rent checks for months. We had to file a complaint with the NevREB.
