I hired Gail 10/5 to prep & list 2 rentals, said had rep. handymn, work w/b done on both 1mo. $100hr for her time to coordinate repairs +commission. She created punch lists & said 1 property @ a time. She presentd 1 handyman bid $1200-1500 for minor paint touch up & repairs, said 3days to finish. Price hi but timeline good so I ok'd. Work finishd 11/10, was billed $1700 and 2x on many repairs. She pushed to list property at 15k less than mkt value said would create a "frenzy" and multi bids. Would not give me copy of listing agreement. Later wanted me to sign addendum to contract for more repairs but not include with loan docs saying it wd 'muddy the waters'. Then 12/12 she presented bid for 600sf tilework/minor paint @ 2nd prop $11,620! (inexpensive porcln tile) I complaind then discoverd bidder was her boyfriend. 3mos & nothing on 2nd prop but the one hi tile bid. Does not communicate, greedy, rude. Very dissatified, would NOT recommend, sorry I used her. Notifying GLVAR.
