With the variety of real estate professionals in Las Vegas, I would stear clear of Dynamic Properties/Julie Hestes and stick to one who conducts ethical business and follows through on their word. In an industry that is based on referals and customer service, Ms. Hestes and Dynamic Properties fail to impress by simply pursuing the "quick buck" without regard for their clients best interests. Don't waste your time with Dynamic Properties when there are so many reputable real estate firms who will continue to provide customer service and business assistance AFTER the sale.
