Deposit return
Not happy with this office at all. As a tenant I was never able to get issues resolved in a timely manner. Now upon leaving the property they are attempting to CHARGE me money on top of the $1200 deposit for damages that were there when we moved in. Do no rent from these people they are horrible.

It's been very sad to work with Mr Wiemhoff to try and help me with a Deposit return dispute. He doesn't return calls as promised or emails! I have been cheated out of my Security Deposit of $1200. And now being an unemployed Mother of two who also paid every month on time and then extra water fees for a burst pipe. It's pretty sad to work with someone like this or his staff.
