The rent was paid as required and the unit we rented was left in perfect condition. Samm Owen confirmed that the deposit of $500 would be returned Feb. 10, 2009 after two emails, one phone call, and a certified letter, we have had no answer or refund. We are still on the hunt for her. Please do not rent from Samm Owens.

We rented a condo in Utah that was owned by this agent. She knowingly and fraudulently retained our $500 security deposit upon returning the condo in perfect condition. We have found proof that this was not an isolated incident. She has subsequently continued to commit fraud by claiming she returned the check to us but returned an empty envelope instead. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT IN ANY CAPACITY
