How do you go about terminating Sherryl Baca?

Please stay away from Ms. Baca. I totally concur with Ms. Cheryl Bell. She is the worst.

My experience with Ms. Baca was terrible. I would not recommend dealing with her.

I find it amazing that Cheryl Bell claims that she has purchased a home from me, she has apparently thought that lying was a way of getting back at me for her poor work performance. Every complaint she made pursuant to our company performance is her direct responsibility as the office manager. Who is the problem and why has she continued her employment, perhaps because she does not have a car, she is using the one I purchased because she was constantly late for work with the company vehicle. She should resign her position for telling out and out lies and putting them in writing for all to see. Lets see if she has the knowledge to choose from right and wrong.

I have worked for Sherryl Baca at her homeowner ****ociation management company and her upcoming property management company and have decided to leave her employment for various reasons. Most specifically, I feel that her company does not represent an accurate reflection of where a community stands financially, nor does she take the time to ensure that the work is done correctly. I would greatly reccommend chosing another management company for your homeowner's ****ociation or property listing.
