- Managing sellers' expectations in a slower market.

- A lead member of "Cirque Du Soleil's" stage show "Ka" asked me to find him a home within his limited price range. On the third home we saw, he exclaimed, "This is it! This is the home I saw in my dream." We closed it in less than a month. I guess I truly found someone their dream home.
