Jennifer buy a previous house with Barbara K Chess and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I rented a house for Barbara Chess and she would constantly change the terms of the lease, and now she refuses to give me my security payment back after I moved out, and fulfilled the terms of the lease! I had to take her to court twice already and soon again. This is NOT an angry renter who was evicted and looking for retaliation. I always paid my rent on time except for once I paid on the 2nd of the month and she fined me $500! I'm not lying, it's all documented in court, where I later had the charge dropped. I advise any renter to ask their realtor very spcific questions about policy and do as much homework on them as possible!
