5+, I have been "in real estate" for many years before I became an agent as an individual investor.

Resale: 3 bedroom, approx $178,000 as of Nov 2008 per GLVAR stats

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Northwest Las Vegas, Centennial Hills is a booming area. Prices have dropped so much over the past year to pre-boom prices and some areas homes are selling for less than what it may cost to rebuild the home.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy meeting new people. Real estate has been a passion of mine for years and I love to help others find that special home they are looking for, be it their 1st home, 2nd, vacation or investment.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
There are many challenges in a real estate transaction from start to close, but I find having a system in place and remaining calm is the key to a successfull closing. Also, buyers must understand that they have to get "preapproved" with a lender & they must have a letter stating that, before I represent them in their home buying endeavor.

I'm inspired by so many in many ways

What is the best advice you ever received?
Listen carefully and you will learn more than you ever imagined...and Pay yourself first.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Oh, I have several places...I can't just choose 1, but Las Vegas is #1 for now.
