Jessica was a great Realtor. She helped me and my husband through the short sale process. She was always in constant contact with me with updates on our account and always there to answer questions. I needed Jessica's help to navigate the complicated world of listing my house as a short sale. She was extremely efficient in working to do EVERYTHING possible to get an offer on my home and to the bank...from there she stayed on top of them constantly to get an answer as soon as possible. Jessica was amazing! Buying a bank-owned home and having to work with a bank can be nightmarish, but Jessica worked hours and hours getting through rough patches and making it happen. She showed a high level of professionalism, but we know that she also regards us as friends. She was organized and efficient helping us find our home and keeping all the deadlines. She worked closely with our lender to get them everything that they needed and the bank's agent to make it happen. We can't say enough good things about Jessica. She is our Las Vegas Realtor for life and will recommend her to anyone with real estate needs.
Great Job
We worked with Jessica to buy a vacation home in Vegas. She was very helpful in identifying interesting properties and providing us with listing information before we visited Las Vegas. We ultimately bought one of the properties she showed us. There were many difficulties in this sale (because it was a foreclosure) and Jessica was always very helpful and prompt in dealing with the extra h****les we encountered. Additionally, she helped us identify home inspectors and a local handyman to do repairs. Since we don't live in Las Vegas full-time this was very much appreciated.
