Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I LOVE MY WORK. I am a REALTOR however, not a real estate agent (real estate agents are not held by the standards that I am... nor do they have access to the forums and education that I do, nor are they members of the Multiple Listing Service. So, yes...I enjoy my job....as a REALTOR.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
It is all challenging. Buying or Selling a home is not a small endeavor for most people...so every part of the transaction is critical to me as their representative.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Oh...this is a terrible question. They are all successful and interesting. If I really had to pick one to talk about to highlite myself...it would take DAYS to write and...FRANKLY...I owe too much to the clients I am working with now to subtract that kind of time from them.

What is your best characteristic?
I am a real down to earth person.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My family and faith in people.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Be a good person and good things will happen.
