Jerry Masini is the worst person in the world! He is extemely unprofessional and you will never get to speak with him about your business. He finds every excuse to avoid you, especially if you complain about neglecting his duty to you as his client. Find someone else who you can depend on, to respect you, and who you can trust with your business. When you see his photo on the busstop billboards.........keep going and don't put your trust in him or his agents. They are just as unprofessional as he is!

I had to deal with her as a property manager. She is a liar and never gets the job done that you pay her to do. Cathine Degrange backs up your tenant and she neglected to have the tenant of my property pay for damages. She let the tenants get away with damagine my properties and then lies about getting her job done. She lies to the broker at Award Realty and they support her. They will never listen to your side and they hang up on you when you need to get answers to important questions regarding the business that you put in their trust. Stay away from her and Award Realty.

Sandy Stafford and Award Realty are liars. She sided with the agency when I complained about one of them and lied to me to protect her own interests. She is nothing but a backstabber and cannot be trusted with your business. Believe me, find another agency to protect your property and someone you can trust with your business.

Cathine Degrange is very unprofessional. She lies and protects her own interests. I complained about her to her agency, Award Realty. They all lied and sided with her to protect themselves. They did nothing to protect my properties as I hired them to do. She and Award Realty are impossible to deal with. They are the worst people in the world!

When I complained about one of my properties, Sandy Stafford sided with other agents to protect them and backstabbed me. She lied, she is highly dishonest and cannot be trusted with your business. Take your business to an agency who is honest, reliable and professional. Award Realty is not the one you can put your trust in, neither are any of its agents. Trust me, I was the unfortunate one who had to deal with them and lost out - big time!

If you complain about anything to Jerry Masini, don't expect to get any satisfaction from him or his staff. He is highly unprofessional and never, ever responds to you. He does not work for you. He only protects his agents and property managers and sides with them 100% all the time. He and this agency should not be in business. Stay away from them and find another agency to deal with.

Eura Masini should not be in her position at Award Realty. She is extremely unprofessional. She hangs up on me when I need to get important information. She lies to protect herself. She is dishonest in her reasoning. She is incapable of handling business matters and dealings with clients. Find another agency to deal with.

Cathine DeGrange is a liar. She lacks experiene dealing with clients in a civil manner. She is dishonest. She made up false documents to protect herself when I complained to the GLVAR. I paid her to protect my protperties for 4 years while I lived out of state. My properties were a wreck! She never did walkthrough inspections because she has no written proof. When I complained to her broker Jerry Masini and the office Manager, Eura Masini, they all sided with her and submitted a list of lies to the GLVAR about me. She got another agent in her office, Sandy Stafford (whose knows absolutey nothing about my dealings with Award Realty) to be a witness against me and to lie to protect her (Cathine DeGrange). They are all highly unprofessional and dishonest people. They all plot together to support each other and protect themselves. They should not have the privilege of being in business. They are all liars and dishonest, deceitful people. I had the worst experience dealing with these people

Christeena is a very professional, well organized agent. She helped us with our very first purchase and has been there ever since. Even if it seemed like we were going through 100 different houses to look at, she always had the patience to be running aroung with us even in the late hours and our kids running all around. She always took the time to show us the best. When it came time to closing, it was always smooth,effortless,and flawless. Christeena is very courteous, professional, dedicated to her job. She has many years of experience which makes you feel at ease. Very highly recommended to anyone who likes to have a professional do her job.
