I WAS FOOLED INTO MOVING IN A RENTAL HOME WITH THE PROMISE OF GETTING A NEW WATER SOFTENER , NEW LANDSCAPING WITH GRASS, A WORKING SPRINKLER SYSTEM, NEW PAINT, AND TO FIX A WATER LEAK COMING FROM WALL. NOTHING WAS REALLY FIXED AND IT TOOK OVER SIX MONTHS TO FIX LEAK. OH AND HAS A WEBSITE WHERE EVERYTHING WORKS EXCEPT THE PART WHERE YOU CAN COMPLAIN ABOUT ANY PROBLEMS OR MAINTENANCE.
