To sell Real Estate or to become a Real Estate Investor, is the most rewarding experience in life. It's an everyday challenge, to better yourself in order to give your clients the service they deserve.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Creative Financing. Real Estate Companies,Lenders and builders are offering amazing programs to buyers. It's very hard to apply anything similar on the resale market.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
A Real Estate Agent must learn Home Financing. Many years ago I used to rely on the "X" Bank, Mortgage Co, Loan Officer, to give me "excuses" instead of loan status. I became a Processor, then underwriter and Mortgage Specialist. Expanding my horizons gave me the tools to help my clients understand all procedures and to increase my production.

Hard worker.
