Creative Financing. Real Estate Companies,Lenders and builders are offering amazing programs to buyers. It's very hard to apply anything similar on the resale market.

A Real Estate Agent must learn Home Financing. Many years ago I used to rely on the "X" Bank, Mortgage Co, Loan Officer, to give me "excuses" instead of loan status. I became a Processor, then underwriter and Mortgage Specialist. Expanding my horizons gave me the tools to help my clients understand all procedures and to increase my production.
