Code of Ethics??? We rented and apartment for 1 1/2 years and met with Sherry only once. Sherry never personally followed up or called back on any of the problems we were experiencing. But, we got to know the servicemen and maintenance pretty well. We experienced Leaking roofs,broken faucets,broken breakers,floppy gl**** in windows,and the building was painted without tenant notification,all this resulted in damage to personal property in Refrigerator(3times),overspray on vehicles,shoes,balcony carpet and bicycle. Lack of communication between servicemen and Sherry resulted in some work not getting done properly. 311 and 911 records will indicate the problems we had with the drug dealing tenants that Sherry was aware of. My roommate moved out after a year and i remained another 6months. I am glad i left.
