I am a recent client of Chad Lodota and I have never experienced a more unprofessional agent than him. First he told us that he would meet us at the house that we wanted to see, take in mind that we have never met before. After we made arrangements, he told us to CALL HIM WHEN WE GOT TO THE HOUSE. Are you kidding me? I don't know about other people, I'm speaking for myself, but I work 60 hours a week and barely have time for my wife and kid. 10 minutes of my time is very valuable and he made us wait 45min before we left and didn't even hear from him. What kind of realtor has his potential clients wait on him? Chad is an incompetent realtor that doesn't need to have the professional label of GLVAR. I would stay away from ASF Realty because if there is a company that employs a person like Chad there is no telling how far up this type of unprofessionalism goes.
