- I'm a buyer's agent and helping people find a home they love at a price they are happy with gives me satisfaction.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Difficult clients who think Realtors are a free taxi service to tour the city. Or, who don't tell the truth. Or, have several agents working for them at the same time... that's the worst.

- Showed a home once and waa told on the phone by the listing agent to go on in. Knocked loudly, and went in with my client. Then upstairs, a naked man sat smiling from the bathroom with the door open.

- That's for someone else to say. But I like to think it's honesty to the client and always having their best interest in mind.

- People who are kind and considerate.

- Don't believe everything you hear or read.
