I found Day in 2009 at the beginning of crisis-mode, when I was interested in short-selling my property in Southern Highlands. More than a year later....through a nightmarish encounter with America's largest lender, Day succeeded in selling my house after all seemed impossible several times. To have an agent diligently stay with a seller having little to gain in commission, and having to deal with the rolls of red tape that comes with this transaction says a lot about her character and loyalty. Although we couldn't convince the lender to absolve us of a deficiency it was a tremendous relief to finally disconnect from our past in Las Vegas and begin a new life chapter thanks to Day. Her tenacious and professional approach was a perfect match for our needs and goals. I will highly recommend Day's services to those interested in a knowledgeable and trustworthy agent. Day is the most professional, knowledgeable, and courteous realtor we have ever dealt with. She is "on the ball" with every aspect of the buying and selling process. I have always been impressed with not only how well Day does her job, but how well she knows the real estate business from a 360 degree view. Day ****isted us in selling our home in August 2006. Let me preface by saying that our home was on the market for a year, half that time with another agent. We had communication difficulties, differences of opinion regarding marketing, and other issues with our other agent, certainly compounded by not hearing back from the agent within a reasonable timetable. We decided to hold informational interviews with about ten agents on the Saturday after severing our business relationship with the other agent. Of the ten agents we interviewed, Day easily blew them out of the water. During the course of selling our home with Day, we had already moved to Texas, entrusting Day to keep us informed on viewings and "keeping an eye" on our home. She went well beyond all of our expectations in many, many ways during this stressful time period.
