Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Well inventory took a huge jump in the last year due to investors who had bought with adjustible financing. Now that their payments have increased they are all trying to sell which it is a buyers market. Foreclosures have also increased so the increased inventory and low amount of buyers have resulted in price decreases in the housing. Currently there are about 27,000 homes for sale and only 2500 sales a month?
